The Scurolo of Beata Panacea
The work of architect from Ghemme, Alessandro Antonelli, famous for the amount of Turin and the dome of Novara. The Scurolo was erected between 1864 and the 1875 and preserves frescoes designed by Francesco Paolo Emilio Toni and Paolo Emilio Morgari, with numerous polychrome windows of Pompeo Bertini (1897), which tell the facts of life of Beata Panacea, young shepherdess virgin and martyr, murdered by her stepmother in the mountains of Quarona, and whose remains were brought to Ghemme.

The mortal remains of the Holy are kept in a double urn, of the 17th century is the interior, with rich decorations of silver, and that external is of the nineteenth-century, and in gilded wood, designed by Don Ercole Marietti. Of the same Marietti is the original peak that dominates the seventeenth-century campanile.
