Polenta e salsiccia (Pulenta e luganga) - ricetta
INGREDIENTS: yellow flour, sausages, butter, tomato preserves, grated parmesan cheese.

PROCEDURE: Prepare a polenta rather tender and once lukewarm cut it into slices, with whom foderare a baking dish from oven. In a pan cook the sausages in very little water, crush and add tomato preserves, stirring well. Putting this sauce over slices of polenta, cover with a few flakes of butter and bake in the oven. Serve hot.
