INGREDIENTS PER 4 PEOPLE : 300G of rice , ½ L of Whole milk, 50 g of butter, 1 Egg Yolk, 1 bay leaf, salt
Inside a pan, pour the cold milk, together with the rice, butter and the laurel (optional). Turn on and do reach the boil, maintaining the low heat; add salt and begin to mix with a wooden spoon, almost in continuation
After c/20 minutes, add the egg yolk, mix well and remove from the fire, therefore serve in the plates. The soup so obtained, it will be slightly dense: it is good hot, warm and cold.
