“La muta” - recipe
Ingredients per 6 people 500 g of flour, 200 g of dried figs, water, salt, Yeast

Mix flour and water and then add the yeast, salt and mix until smooth dough. Combine the figs cut in pieces and leave to stand for about 2 hours at room temperature. Spread the dough on a pan and cook in a hot oven for about half an hour. The recipe allows addition to pleasure of walnuts, hazelnuts and raisins.
