This is typical a sweet of Romagnano, never lacked during the winter holidays, and that each person knew to prepare.

INGREDIENTS: Pasta of the yeast bread, sugar, almonds, hazelnuts in pieces, walnuts, raisins, oranges preserved by sugar, grapes (some berries), broken figs.

PREPARATION: unite the Pasta of the yeast bread, sugar and others ingredients. Attention to the grape : it must have been firstly arrived in warm water. Knead and put in a bowl, greased, giving it the classic form of bread. Cook in oven already hot for 40 minutes at 180°c
